We offer six pathways, ranging from quick-impact learning, such as 2-hour training, to deeper development programs, including half-day and full-day workshops, and long-term partnerships like our 12-month initiative — delivered in-person, virtually, or as a blend.

We begin by listening—understanding your culture, challenges, and goals. Together, we identify key relational gaps and co-create a development plan.
Awaken
This is where training begins. Through guided reflection and experiential learning, we surface hidden dynamics and shift internal awareness across your team.
Our Flagship Trainings
We offer four flagship trainings that represent the foundation of our work.
Each training is grounded in the HeartWork Method™ and designed to build the relational capacities that foster inclusion, trust, and connection. These core offerings help individuals and teams strengthen the skills, awareness, and behaviors needed to relate more effectively—with themselves, with others, and across systems.
Each one can be delivered as a stand-alone session or integrated into a longer pathway journey. We also partner with organizations to design fully customized training programs aligned with your unique culture, goals, and development priorities.
Leading with Compassion: The HeartWork Way to Relational Capacity
This training equips participants to lead with greater emotional awareness and compassion, key skills for today’s fast-changing, high-pressure environments. By understanding how emotions influence relationships, stress, and conflict, teams become more resilient, connected, and effective.

We turn insight into action. Participants apply tools and practices that support meaningful behavioral change aligned with your values and culture.
Anchor
We support long-term integration—embedding new habits and reinforcing growth through feedback loops and ongoing support.
The HeartWork Way: Building Inclusive Relationships Rooted in Cultural Humility
This program invites participants to recognize their everyday influence, regardless of title. Through the lens of cultural humility, they explore how identity, bias, and team dynamics affect trust, inclusion, and belonging at work.
Connected Teams: Building Psychological Safety the HeartWork Way
This program focuses on how leaders and teams can intentionally create spaces of psychological safety, where people feel safe to speak up, take initiative, and learn from mistakes without fear of blame or judgment.
Participants will explore how everyday interactions, tone, presence, and curiosity shape a culture of openness and mutual support.
Brave Conversations at Work: A HeartWork Communication Program
This program invites teams to build the capacity for honest, meaningful communication, even when it’s uncomfortable. It creates the relational conditions for mutual growth and shared accountability.
Participants learn how to identify growth opportunities, give and receive feedback with care, and stay present during moments of differences.
