HEARTWORK ENGAGEMENT PATHWAYS
Our Offerings
We offer six pathways, ranging from quick-impact learning, such as 2-hour training, to deeper development programs, including half-day and full-day workshops, and long-term partnerships like our 12-month initiative — delivered in-person, virtually, or as a blend. Our four flagship trainings, grounded in the HeartWork Method™, build the relational capacities that help people connect better with themselves, with others, and across systems.
Our training experiences are interactive, experiential, engaging, reflective, and practical, rooted in real-world dynamics. Participants are active co-creators as we guide teams and organizations through four phases:
Assess – Listen, diagnose, and plan.
Awaken – Build awareness and reflection
Activate – Turn learning and insight into action.
Anchor – Sustain growth with ongoing support.
